- Old El Paso™ Stand ‘N Stuff™ Mini Taco Shells
Cheesy Chicken Filling
- 1/2 BBQ chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Old El Paso™ Thick & Chunky Salsa or Taco sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander (to serve)
Crazy corn filling
- 2 corn cobs, kernels only
- 1 red capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Old El Paso™ Thick & Chunky Salsa or Taco sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced).
- Select your preferred filling and mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Line an oven tray with baking paper. Place Taco Shells on tray and fill with filling of your choice.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
