Ingredients

  • Old El Paso™ Stand ‘N Stuff™ Mini Taco Shells

   Cheesy Chicken Filling

  • 1/2 BBQ chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Old El Paso™ Thick & Chunky Salsa or Taco sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander (to serve)

   Crazy corn filling

  • 2 corn cobs, kernels only
  • 1 red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Old El Paso™ Thick & Chunky Salsa or Taco sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced).
  • Select your preferred filling and mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Line an oven tray with baking paper. Place Taco Shells on tray and fill with filling of your choice.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
