- Old El Paso™ Stand ‘N Stuff™ Mini Tortillas
- 1 cup Old El Paso™ Thick ‘N Chunky Mild Salsa
- 12 slices ham, roughly chopped
- 225g can pineapple slices, drained and roughly chopped
- 1 small red capsicum, chopped
- 2 cups shredded pizza cheese
- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). Line an oven tray with baking paper. Place Stand ‘N Stuff™ Mini Tortillas onto a baking paper lined tray. Spoon salsa evenly between the mini tortillas.
- Top with ham, pineapple, capsicum and cheese and bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese has melted. Great after school as a hot snack or in the lunchbox.
